Anyone know if this is the same Jimmy Ray that has a few singles on emusic.com done under the Akyr Music / IODA label? While it's quite different from his fusion of 60's pop and hip-hop, I'm hearing a similar style applied to 60's pop and techno. I don't see much activity on any official sites, so it's hard telling what he's up to.

User 217.171.129.74 has made various textual deletions without explanation/justification. Since all material removed may be considered less favorable information it would stand to reason the removal was not neutral. The text has been reinstated. TheGoonSquad (talk) 09:17, 16 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
RE: CHANGES & COMMENTS MADE BY 'TheGoonSquad'
With regard and in response to the above (and writing as an associate of Mr Ray) I can confirm that the following information (although not 'neutral') is indeed factual... The AllMusicGuide to Jimmy Ray ('However, to quote AllMusicGuide, "...his tributes to rockabilly and Vegas are born of kitsch, not affection."') does not include the 'quote' attributed to it. The 'quote's' removal is therefore justified.
Other 'removed material' alluded to by 'TheGoonSquad' includes Mr Ray's alleged admiration of the music of one Rob Hawthorne (Hollyoaks). Again, I can confirm that this attributation is indeed false hence it's removal. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 217.171.129.70 (talk) 16:20, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
